2. AT OVER TEN KNOTS HULL NOISES NOTED SO MAX SPEED TEN KNOTS
IMPOSED. LATER AT TEN KNOTS FORWARD BULKHEAD OF FLOODED SPACE
BEGAN TO PANT. LIBERTY SLOWED AND IS INSTALLING ADDITIONAL
SHORING TO ENFORCE BULKHEAD. SEAS HAVE INCREASED TO SLIGHT SWELL
FROM AHEAD. WIND INCREASED TO ABOUT TWENTY KNOTS. THIS IS FIRST
WORKING LIBERTY HAS HAD SINCE HIT. DUE MASSIVE DAMAGE NOW BELIEVE
TO EXIST INTEND BE VERY PRUDENT IN SPEED ORDERED. IT APPEARS AT
THIS TIME THAT NOON IS EARLIST ETA AND IT COULD BE CONSIDERABLY
LATER. NEXT REPORT WHEN ADDL SHORING COMPLETED AND SPEED INCREASE
ATTEMPTED.
